22-storey, Denton Corker Marshall–designed student residence at 581 Swanston St, Scape Carlton delivers 753 apartments with amenity-rich communal spaces (cinema, gym, study areas, outdoor terraces) between the University of Melbourne and RMIT. Our scope: a partial lighting upgrade (areas TBC) to sharpen ambience, circulation legibility and night-time identity while supporting energy-efficient operation.
